Foseco NorAm Regional Sales Manager Dana Coulombe has been named Vice-President of the Foundry Education Foundation (FEF), the cast metals industry’s college educational programme. The position will see him taking on the Foundation President’s role in two years and comes after a number of years on the Board of Trustees of the FEF, where he has been the champion of its activities in Canada.

Established in 1947, the Foundation spans the broad range of higher education from production supervision to specialised research, and currently sponsors scholarships at 25 colleges and universities in North America. Many leading foundry people and leading university professors are former FEF scholarship recipients.
